📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and Christian values.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a well-rounded education for all students.
• Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote a strong sense of community and school spirit.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching elementary school students.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and Christian educational principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
