📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives,Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes,Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leadership roles,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends
