PT Wisesa Karya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Certifications in food safety and hygiene are a plus.
