As a Maintenance Operator, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities to ensure they run efficiently and safely. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and general machinery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a thriving business environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work with a team of professionals to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance tracking software.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any issues that arise.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and other maintenance tracking software.
• Valid certification in electrical safety or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
