This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor financial performance and report to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work remotely and manage operations effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
