PT Mandiri Damar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.,Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met, working closely with the operations manager to address any issues or delays.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, identifying and addressing any areas for improvement.,Develop and implement production plans and schedules, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control reports.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that production requirements are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools, such as ERP systems and quality control software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
