📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bali’s business community.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and IndiBiz Telkom product offerings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with IndiBiz Telkom products and services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
