📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to increase store performance.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and develop store staff to improve their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
