📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes for assigned stores, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
• Support store managers with HR-related queries and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in retail.
• Certification in HR management or relevant training is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
