We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Tenggarong and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements for external audits,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
