Prime Store Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring that our products are well-stocked and accurately recorded.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a good understanding of inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and is comfortable working with both manual and digital inventory systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.

Updating inventory levels in the system.

Assisting in the ordering and receiving of new stock.

Ensuring that inventory is properly stored and protected.

Preparing and maintaining inventory reports.

Assisting in the implementation of new inventory management systems.

Providing support to the team in any inventory-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.

Good understanding of inventory management systems.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
