📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Manage and maintain the company's customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our products and services through various channels.,Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotions.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with clients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
