In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Monitoring and reviewing financial statements and records.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
