📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training sessions and team-building activities,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Fresh graduates or professionals with limited experience in Human Resources,Basic knowledge of HR software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Basic understanding of data analysis and report preparation,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
