As the Lead Cashier & Bank, you will be responsible for managing all cash handling operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash handling operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash reconciliation.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank staff.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and practices.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
