🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in remote team management is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.
