🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with the last 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and programs.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of international HR practices and best practices.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
