📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and users,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Maintain and update IT documentation,Monitor IT systems for performance and security,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions,Train and support end-users on IT systems and applications,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Experience with network and system administration,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
