📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Lead training sessions for new and existing staff.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Education up to SMA/SMK or equivalent.,Understanding of basic business principles and financial management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
