📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage detailed budget plans for the finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Work with the SAP SAC system to generate financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to senior management.
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and budget planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget planning and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP SAC for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
