📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for the mall revitalization project.
• Conduct tender evaluations and manage contract administration to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to optimize project costs and financial performance.
• Manage and control project subcontractors to ensure cost and quality standards are met.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
