📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct cost and time analyses to optimize project performance and deliverables
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in project planning and management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management for construction and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP or PRINCE2 certifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
