• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or requests from guests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and treatment details.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Shiatsu Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese healing techniques and modern therapeutic practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests on a personal level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with spa software and tools, such as booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to lift and move clients weighing up to 200 pounds (90 kg).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
