📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Teach a variety of subjects using differentiated instruction and assistive technology.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
• Certification in Special Education (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ABA therapy, sensory integration, and assistive technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Valid teaching or professional license in Indonesia.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
