As a FIFO Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with our operations team to understand their workforce needs, and then coordinate with local recruitment agencies, job boards, and social media platforms to source and attract qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills and certifications, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process for FIFO workers, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate with local recruitment agencies, job boards, and social media platforms to attract and source qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, certifications, and experience.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to start their roles.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand workforce needs and ensure we have the right talent in place.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment agencies and job boards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in FIFO or remote work environments.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bangka Belitung.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with mining industry standards and practices is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to and from Bangka Belitung as required.
