In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance user experience and drive product success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, a passion for design, and a deep understanding of user behavior.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement content strategies that align with product goals and user needs.,Conduct user research and analyze data to inform content decisions.,Create and maintain content calendars and workflows for product documentation and onboarding materials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is consistent and effective.,Write and edit product documentation, tutorials, and other user-facing content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content strategy and user experience.,Measure the impact of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.,3-5 years of experience in content strategy, with a focus on digital products or user experience.,Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.,Experience with content management systems and tools, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of user research methods and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Passion for design and a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.
