📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Optimize transport routes and schedules using Oracle Transportation Management to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems like SAP MM to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead a team of 5-7 logistics and inventory staff, providing guidance and support.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory and transport management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP MM and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
